Machine Learning Engineer – Intellegent Automotive Retail and Mobility

Description:

We are seeking passionate candidates for a machine learning/ deep learning software engineering role who will join as a machine learning research engineer helping the team build intelligent automotive retail and mobility solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will contribute to state-of-the-art machine learning infrastructure and relevant software (e.g. supervised learning, reinforcement learning, data management, and evaluation at unparalleled scale).
  • Implement cutting-edge deep learning models accelerating model training performance for intelligent automotive retail and mobility system applications.
  • Apply the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to personalize car owners experience.
  • Manipulate high-volume, high-dimensionality, structured data from automotive retail transactions to come up with predictions and recommendations that addresses the challenges of the automotive industry.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other teams across our R&D and Delivery team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, Math, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 strong years of software engineering practices and experiences in data science, machine learning, generative AI.
  • Strong Machine Learning background with deep understanding of different types of machine learning algorithms (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM and Reinforcement Learning). Experience of training deep-learning models in an end-to-end fashion.
  • Project experience working with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Open AI or other modern deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficient in Python is a minimum. Additional knowledge of C++ / C# is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of statistics (e.g., Monte Carlo, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, maximum likelihood, bootstrap, Bayesian inference)
  • Working knowledge in machine learning algorithms: logistic regression, random forest, gradient boosted trees, neural networks, k-means, and more!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Software Developer

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering Technosoft Dealer Management System Cloud Solutions. He/she will work closely with cross-functional sales, R&D, consulting teams to understand business requirements, design technical cloud solutions and deliver services to meet customer requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university majoring Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience in the IT industry in similar roles
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in web-based development application using .NET based language
  • Proficiency in Web development experience with .NET C#, JavaScript, MS SQL (a must)
  • Proficiency in Web Services or Web API (a must)
  • Experience in the following will be given priority:
  1. Development experience on one or more commercial enterprise applications (MS Dynamics CRM, MS Dynamics AX, Power BI, SSRS)
  2. Knowledge in Agile SCRUM software development methodology

Main Responsibilities:

  • Involved in identifying test conditions and creating test designs, test cases, test procedure specifications and test data

Microsoft D365 F&O Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business requirements sessions with clients
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications
  • Conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system
  • Create and review functional documentations such as requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plan and scripts, etc
  • Perform Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization during presales and implementation phases
  • Experience and ability to present and demo solutions according to customers’ requirements
  • Conduct product training and workshops
  • Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development
  • Conduct UAT session with clients
  • Bridge communication between business and technical people
  • Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university majoring in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in the IT industry as a Consultant/Business Analyst with strong accounting background
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience with Dynamics F&O Finance module. Knowledge in F&O Supply Chain will be an added advantage
  • Successfully delivered minimum 2 full cycle of Dynamics AX implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics F&O concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Integration etc)
  • Well versed in Finance Accounting implementation
  • Knowledge in Dynamics CE will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Network Engineer & Technical

Responsibilities:

  • Help user with hardware and software issue

Technical Support Engineer

Core duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Provide helpdesk services to our customers/project team
  • Manage and progress support emails, chat and calls
  • Document problems and activity and solution for each case
  • Communicate the status of issues to team and customers
  • Identify high priority issues and escalate to appropriate team members, including management
  • Investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve issues/requests
  • Perform in-depth analysis of issues to determine causes and solutions
  • Gain an understanding of the underlying business, data and processes sufficient to provide expert advice
  • Participate in the delivery of changes within an agile development environment in collaboration with business analysts, developers, QA and team
  • Working in 3 different shifts including weekend based on schedule arrangement from Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university majoring Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience as Support Engineer
  • Understanding of functional customizations and configurations of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify solutions to software issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including account setup and configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a support engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics Finance and Operation or Dynamics Customer Engagement environments.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems.
  • Extensive experience in resolving customer IT queries.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Your main responsibility is to obtain prospect customers through tele-direct sales or email campaign
  • Offering or introducing product to customers through telephone
  • Acting as a Licensing Consultant on new and existing customers
  • Secure existing customer and create additional sales / new sales
  • Maintain a close productive relationship with existing key accounts and develop new accounts to achieve sales target for a major market segment
  • Assist customer in developing/optimising use of Microsoft licensing
  • Support in licensing sales cases
  • Dealing with pricing and create licensing quotes
  • Periodically report pipeline sales to the Sales Manager & set up Sales Target Goal

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 in Informatics, Marketing, or Economic
  • Background in any fields in IT is a plus and strong selling/marketing skills
  • Fast learner, confident and hardworker
  • Presentation skills (a plus) & strong interest to keep up with new software technology
  • Knowledge in Microsoft software product line is a must.
  • Capable to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and perform under pressure
