Dealer Management Systems​ Modules

Vehicle Sales
The Vehicle Sales module provides functionality required for effective vehicle sales management and automation of invoicing and payment collection processes. The module consists of the following components: Vehicle Sales Order,  Automatic or Manual Overwrite Matching between Sales Order and vehicle stock, Pre Delivery Inspection and Delivery Orders, Vehicle Registration Number processing and Invoicing.

Vehicle Purchasing
The Vehicle Purchasing module provides facilities to help your company track vehicle purchase and allocation from Distributor or Main Dealer, advance payments, track quantity shipment, quantity received and quantity back orders from the regular allocation and/or additional allocation of vehicles from the Distributor or Main Dealer.

Parts Sales
The Part Sales module provides functionality required for over the counter sales process for spare parts. The module is tightly integrated with inventory and warehouse in managing sales for spare parts as well as consignment parts. It allows creation of sales order for available parts or booking back order and track advance payment from customer if parts are not available.

Parts Purchasing
The Parts Purchasing module provides facilities to help your company track various parts in multi site and warehouse location. Information collected from each counter related to the used parts for service and the back order which is used to make requisition. System will check the availability and process the approval for Purchase Order. Data for PO can be imported and used with Manufacturer Parts Ordering System.

Workshop/Service Management
The Service Management module manages activities related to workshop and service department, starting from service appointment, work orders, parts & oil usage, technician/labor working hours to invoicing and cashier operations. The module tracked customer and vehicles service histories, including those done with third party vendors. The system will automatically generate invoice for each itemized parts, oil and labor involved in a work order.

Finance and Accounting
The Financial and Accounting Modules tracks and manages transactions from Parts, Service, Sales and Purchasing. It is seamlessly integrated with the DMS system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM via Web Service. At present, the web service interface available from DMS to Finance and Accounting System is for Microsoft Dynamics AX, a powerful and yet easy to use ERP system by Microsoft. However, DMS system is capable of integration with any Finance & Accounting system available in the market.

Integrated CRM functionality providing 360° view of Customer
One of the fundamental challenges in the auto industry is the inability to consolidate customer touch points such as vehicle purchase, workshop/service orders, warranty information, finance and insurance information, customer service interaction into a single customer-centric view. Adopting the user experience from Dynamics CRM, Technosoft Yana DMS gives capability to users to manage detail customer information, view and navigate to related vehicle sales order histories, service histories, parts purchased histories, warranty information, campaign programs and retention cost within the customer screen.  This provides 360° customer-centric view with integrated CRM functionalities.

Multi-tenants
Technosoft Yana Dealer management system (DMS) is a multi-tenant application allowing you to defind multiple dealers/branches within a single database. It provides facility to centrally manage vehicle inventory in different location/showroom and automatically generates intercompany transactions in the financial system. The user access and security control can be defined based on roles-based within the organization structure.

Web-based Architecture
Developed on top of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Technosoft Yana DMS does not require client software installation and maintenance. It is suitable for dealers with multiple branches and distributed users. Branch level sensitive data can be managed with role based security with record level access.

User Friendly & Flexible Architecture
Technosoft Yana DMS adopts Dynamics CRM user friendly look & feel and input/process paradigm. The system is customizable using Dynamics CRM Drag & Drop Customization module and Software Development Toolkit.

Mobile Access
You can provide employees with access to Technosoft Yana DMS through a Web browser on a mobile device with Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It supports Windows Mobile phones, Blackberry and iPhone.
